Pullman Tripod Brass Table Lamp

Most interesting antique "Pullman Train" Car Tripod footed lamp all rewired with bakelite plug - twisted gold silk wire.   Most likly from a steam ship, ocean liner or train as with the hook, the lamp can be hung from the wall or secured to a table top.  16 inches tall, well earned patina, circa 1890-1915.  Shown in the images with our raffia lampshade.    Please note we kept the integrity of the piece by reusing the original bayonette socket shell but replacing the interior with a socket that will accept a candelabra base LED or incandescent light bulb.  Yes we did it right... :)

These antique lamps have so much more character than anything visual comfort or restoration hardware offers, and not made in China.
